NDB Capital Limited is a Joint Venture Investment Bank between NDB Bank of Sri Lanka and group of Bangladeshi Investors based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It has a full-fledged Merchant Banking License from Security & Exchange Commission (SEC). The company was established in 1995 as the Capital Market Serviced Limited.
